2.Technical Specifications

Material: 45# Carbon Steel

Precision & Performance:

Hardness: HB 220-250 (after quenching and tempering)

Surface plating thickness: 0.02–0.05mm

Dimensional tolerance: ±0.3mm (key profiles)

Surface roughness: Ra 0.8μm (curved guide surface)

Process: CNC Precision Milling → Quenching & Tempering → Plating → Deburring & Chamfering


3.Our Custom Solution

Material & Heat Treatment: We selected high-purity 45# carbon steel and performed quenching + tempering to achieve a uniform hardness of HB 220-250, ensuring the plate resists deformation under long-term mechanical stress.

High-Precision Machining: Used 3-axis CNC machining centers with ±0.003mm positioning accuracy to achieve the complex curved profile and tight tolerances, guaranteeing a perfect fit with the customer’s conveyor system.

Surface Protection: Applied professional plating treatment to meet the 0.02–0.05mm thickness requirement, enhancing wear resistance and corrosion protection. All edges were deburred and chamfered to prevent damage to materials during guiding.

Full-Process Quality Control: Conducted CMM inspections for key dimensions, hardness testing, and surface roughness measurements to ensure 100% compliance with technical requirements.
