Stamping Bending

This video shows an automated stamping press producing small L-shaped metal brackets at high speed. During each press cycle, the tooling cuts the material, punches two mounting holes and forms the required angle. The completed brackets then drop from beneath the die into the collection area, allowing production to continue with minimal manual handling.

The finished brackets collected beneath the press show a uniform shape, bend angle and hole arrangement. The machine’s yellow safety guard protects the active tooling area, while the blue supporting fixture helps maintain a stable production setup.
