2. Issues and Challenges

JG Integration Technology Co., Ltd. requires a customized buckle component for its new photovoltaic tracking system, but faces the following issues: 

  • Accuracy bottleneck: The curved contour of the buckle (R5/R51.3/R82.3) and the 0.2mm tolerance of the positioning holes require high-precision machining, which its existing processes cannot meet.

  • Material and surface requirements: This component must withstand outdoor corrosion (salt spray resistance ≥ 500 hours) while maintaining structural strength - ordinary materials cannot achieve both.

  • Batch efficiency: 20 prototypes + subsequent mass production requires rapid iteration (within 15 days) to align with the tight project schedule.


3. Our Solutions (Services and Products)

Based on the technical requirements of precision integration, we delivered customized buckle components: 

Core material: 6061 aluminum alloy (compliant with GB/T 3190 standard) - lightweight (density 2.7g/cm³) + high strength (tensile strength ≥110MPa), suitable for outdoor equipment.

Precision manufacturing services: 

  • CNC milling + CNC turning, with an overall tolerance of 0.05 millimeters, ensuring that the bending profile and positioning holes (2 holes) meet the positioning accuracy requirement of 0.2 millimeters.

  • Perform one-time clamping processing for surfaces and holes to avoid cumulative errors.

Surface treatment service: Anodizing (thickness ≥15μm) + sealing treatment, achieving a salt spray resistance of ≥500 hours.

Rapid prototyping and mass production services: Deliver 20 prototypes within 7 days (3 days in advance), with the capability to produce 5,000 units per month in large quantities.
