Our partner ZJJG Technology (a listed high-end equipment manufacturer) focuses on intelligent industrial systems, new energy components, and precision machinery. It supplies over 80000 core equipment to global industries (aerospace, rail transit, new energy) annually, focusing on "lightweight, high-precision" product solutions.
For its industrial transmission system, ZJJG Technology is facing the bottleneck of the original steel bottom cover:
Overweight: Steel components increase the overall weight of the transmission by 15%, which conflicts with the lightweight requirements of new energy equipment.
Low assembly efficiency: the high thermal expansion rate of steel (11 × 10 ⁻⁶/℃) does not match the aluminum housing of the transmission, resulting in 8% of the devices needing adjustment after assembly.
Corrosion risk: Outdoor application scenarios expose steel covers to humid environments, resulting in an annual increase of 5% in replacement costs due to rusting.
We have delivered the 7075-T651 aluminum bottom cover (model: 7015-1651) tailored for the precision transmission system
Core material: 7075-T651 aluminum alloy (compliant with GB/T 3190) - tensile strength ≥ 520MPa (equivalent to medium strength steel)+density 2.81g/cm ³ (reduced component weight by 60% compared to steel).
Precision machining services:
CNC turning + CNC milling, with a dimensional tolerance of 0.05mm, ensuring seamless fit with the aluminum casing of the gearbox.
The integrated sealing groove and M10 × 20 threaded hole are processed in one installation, eliminating assembly errors.
Surface treatment service: Hard anodizing (thickness 12 μ m) - achieving salt spray resistance for ≥ 600h and solving outdoor corrosion problems.
Prototype service: Deliver 1 prototype within 5 days to enable Seiko to complete pre testing one week ahead of schedule.

"The 7075 aluminum end cap has achieved all of our goals: it reduces the weight of the transmission by 12%, completely eliminates assembly adjustments, and the anodized surface has passed 700 hours of salt spray testing. The component life has been extended to over 24 months, and replacement costs have been reduced by 90%. We have signed an annual order for 15000 units for 3 years and applied this material solution to our new energy equipment production line."
