This manifold block is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet. Multiple through oil passages and threaded mounting holes are arranged on multiple surfaces to form independent interconnected oil channels. It is used to mount solenoid valves, cylinders and pipe joints, integrating scattered pipelines into one compact block. Widely used in automation pneumatic circuits and small hydraulic control modules. The solid aluminum structure ensures zero fluid leakage with light weight.

Tolerance Standard: Hole position ≤0.03mm, hole coaxiality ≤0.02mm, flatness ≤0.04mm/m. Burr-free holes guarantee tight sealing.
