Tight Tolerance Compliance: Unmarked dimensions follow GB/T 1804-m (medium tolerance grade), ensuring consistent fit and alignment across all critical features.

Precision Bore Machining: Multiple precision bores (Ø20 H7, Ø34 H7, Ø25 H7) with tight positional tolerances (φ0.020mm relative to datum A) guarantee precise concentricity and alignment with mating shafts, pins, and bearings.

Edge Finishing: All sharp edges are deburred and chamfered to C0.5mm, eliminating stress concentrations and ensuring safe handling during assembly.

Paired Machining: Manufactured as left/right mirror-image pairs and clearly marked, ensuring consistent performance and interchangeability within the drive linkage system.
