  • Tight Tolerance Compliance: Unmarked dimensions follow GB/T 1804-m (medium tolerance grade), ensuring consistent fit and alignment across all critical features.

  • Precision Bore Machining: Multiple precision bores (Ø20 H7, Ø34 H7, Ø25 H7) with tight positional tolerances (φ0.020mm relative to datum A) guarantee precise concentricity and alignment with mating shafts, pins, and bearings.

  • Edge Finishing: All sharp edges are deburred and chamfered to C0.5mm, eliminating stress concentrations and ensuring safe handling during assembly.
