This solid rotary seat is a precision rotating support component, made of 45# carbon steel and fully processed by CNC turn-milling in one piece.
It is specially engineered for bearing assembly. The inner bore Φ35 serves as the bearing mating surface, with strict geometric tolerance control: concentricity ≤0.02 mm and perpendicularity ≤0.02 mm, to minimize runout and guarantee smooth, stable rotation.
The flange base is pre-machined with 3 through holes & 3 M5 tapped holes for easy mounting and locking onto fixtures or equipment frames.
We can supply secondary surface finishes such as black oxide, zinc plating as your drawing requires for rust protection.
Material: 45# Carbon Steel, good rigidity and machinability, ideal for load-bearing rotary structures
High Precision: Bearing seat bore with tight tolerance, controlled concentricity & perpendicularity, low rotation runout
Integrated One-piece Machining: No assembly seam, better structural rigidity
Pre-tapped & Drilled Mounting Holes: Ready for direct installation
Flexible Post-processing: Blackening, zinc plating, polishing available
Customization: Adjust diameter, hole pattern, tolerance and surface finish per your CAD drawing; prototype & mass orders accepted
- Automation rotary jigs & positioning fixtures
- Rotating test station support base
- Rotary indexing mechanism
- Automotive tooling and custom machinery rotating assembly
- Bearing housing & rotating mounting seat

We complete turn-milling composite machining in-house and perform full inspection on critical tolerance items including concentricity, perpendicularity and dimension size.
Our engineers can review your drawing and suggest suitable surface treatment options based on your working environment. Stable quality, on-time delivery for both prototype sampling and bulk production.
