Tempered Steel Press Roller Bracket, Reinforced Bearing Support Housing

This component is a dedicated press roller bearing support base for automation equipment. Integrally 3/5-axis CNC machined from solid 45# steel. It adopts rectangular mounting base, triangular reinforced rib structure, precision bored central hole for bearing assembly, and side M5 threaded holes. Continuous fillet radii eliminate stress concentration. Widely used for supporting press rollers and bearing assemblies in laminating machines, conveyor lines and automatic pressing modules. With tempering treatment and electroless nickel plating, it delivers high strength, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance for cyclic pressure operation.
