Semi-Circular Bore Design: The central precision-machined semi-circular bore (with R13.50 radius) is engineered to securely clamp and support cylindrical shafts, columns, or round components. The split design enables adjustable clamping force for precise positioning.

Robust Base Flange: A wide, flat base flange (80×50mm overall dimensions) provides a stable mounting platform, with 6 precision-drilled threaded mounting holes for secure bolting to machine frames, worktables, or foundation structures.

Adjustment Interface: The integrated M6P (M6) threaded hole (1.0 pitch, 15mm depth) enables fine, controlled adjustment of the block's position or clamping force, allowing for precise alignment and calibration of vertical columns or machinery components.

Strict Dimensional Accuracy: All critical features (bore radius, hole positions, overall dimensions) are machined to tight tolerances, ensuring perfect fit and alignment with mating components.

Edge & Corner Treatment: All sharp edges are deburred and chamfered, eliminating stress concentrations, preventing component damage during assembly, and ensuring safe handling.


3. Clamping & Adjustment Performance

Secure Clamping Mechanism: The split semi-circular bore design, combined with threaded clamping holes, creates uniform radial pressure around the shaft/column, locking it firmly in place while allowing for micro-adjustments as needed.

High Load-Bearing Capacity: The thick, solid steel structure and optimized geometry distribute heavy loads evenly, preventing sagging, shifting, or deformation under the weight of large vertical columns or machinery.
